Let me tell you about an incredible wedding that I recently had the pleasure of photographing at Columbia Winery in Woodinville, Washington. The couple opted for a moody and intimate winter wedding in the barrel room, and it was an experience like no other.
The lighting in the barrel room was subdued, which added to the cozy ambiance and created a romantic atmosphere. The ceremony was lit only by candlelight, which made the moment even more special and intimate. My favorite part of the ceremony was when the couple’s daughter came up to them and asked to be held by her mom – it was such a touching moment that melted my heart.
The bride’s mother also played the harp as the couple walked down the aisle, which was a beautiful and ethereal addition to the occasion. Despite the lack of light, the photos turned out stunningly dark and moody, which perfectly captured the atmosphere of the day.
I was so honored to be a part of this unforgettable day and to capture the love and connection shared by the couple and their family. It’s moments like these that make me truly grateful for my job as a wedding photographer.
If you’re looking for a photographer to capture your own special day, I would be honored to be a part of it. I love nothing more than capturing the joy and love shared by couples and their families, and I can’t wait to create unforgettable memories with you! Reach out!
